Our care is for everyone who needs abortion access. While we sometimes reference ‘women’ when discussing healthcare barriers and inequality, we recognise that not everyone who needs abortion care identifies as female. At Aunty Jane, we welcome and affirm all gender identities. Our services are available to anyone who needs abortion care, regardless of how you identify.

Standing on the shoulders of the Jane Collective and all the courageous healthcare providers who came before us, continuing their legacy of compassionate, accessible and safe care.

Aunty Jane acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work, where sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.

We acknowledge the historical and ongoing impacts of colonial healthcare systems on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ reproductive rights. We pay our respects to the strength and resilience of First Nations women, pregnant people and their communities, and commit to providing culturally safe and accessible care.
