Making Abortion Better

Take a breath. You’re in the right place

Australia's 1st Nurse Practitioner & Endorsed Midwifery led Teleabortion provider

Safe, evidence-based care

A medical abortion is a safe and effective way to terminate an early pregnancy using medication.

A medical abortion uses 2 different medications that are taken over 2 days. Step 1 blocks the hormone progesterone needed to sustain pregnancy. Step 2 causes the uterus to contract to expel the pregnancy tissue.

This method is safe to use up to 9 weeks (63 days) of pregnancy.

Medical abortion has a very low risk of complications (less than 1%). There’s no evidence that it affects future fertility or pregnancy outcomes, and research shows no link to long-term health conditions or negative mental health impacts. Millions of people worldwide use this medication safely each year.

Care for Everyone

We’re proud to be a teleabortion service that puts access before profit.

Every Aunty Jane patient chooses what they pay based on their current financial situation. No paperwork, no proof of income. Just an honest choice about what you can afford.

When someone pays above their standard fee, that contribution directly supports care for someone who needs it. When someone pays below, they’re receiving that support. Care flows through our community, from those who have more to those who need it most.
